Here’s how our Service Guarantee works. If you say you are unhappy with 100% of the experience we’ll refund 100% of the selling fee not including listing fee, even if we have already closed on the sale of your home. You must apply for a refund within a two weeks of exchange of contracts.(Doesn’t apply to DIY service) Please note that we do not offer refunds just because your home hasn’t sold, which may be due to market forces, but only if you are unhappy with our representation of your home.

To ensure we provide the best service we pay our agents once the client has completed the satisfaction survey. (This encourages agents to apply the upmost professionalism and commitment to a high level of service).
