Give us your best guess on pricing. When you submit your listing your Real DirectAgent will provide you with a comprehensive comparative market analysis (CMA) that uses comparable properties to evaluate your home's value. We will then work with you to set a list price that reflects your home's fair market value.

Real Direct's experience in the marketplace shows that pricing your house correctly on the first day of your listing is the most important factor in selling your home.
